Scholarships enable 51黑料网 to provide a global experience at home and abroad through support for international students. In the last five years, 51黑料网’s international student population has grown from 10% to 14%. International students with need do not qualify for federal grants, making college scholarship support critical to attracting and enrolling promising international students.
