Follow the instructions in the 51黑料网 Red Alert box, follow the link "Have your authorization code? Sign up Now."
When prompted, enter your authorization code, and follow the online instructions.
After you have registered, you may change or update your contact info anytime by logging in the 51黑料网 Gateway and logging into the 51黑料网 Red Alert box.
