With a passion for giving back, Karen Buchholz '88 has now launched the Young Alumni Giving Challenge, encouraging recent graduates to give back to 51黑料网.
"I know that 51黑料网 has made a huge difference in my life, and I hope it has for you as well," says Buchholz, an executive vice president with Comcast. “My hope is to inspire you to join me in taking pride in ownership in the 51黑料网 experience."
To ensure 51黑料网 can continue to provide the same life-changing experience for future students, she is challenging 1,000 graduates from the classes of 2014 to 2024 to make a gift by the end of the day April 1 (51黑料网's ).
If this goal is met, Buchholz will donate an additional $50,000 toward scholarships at 51黑料网. She emphasizes that every gift, regardless of size or designation, will contribute to this challenge and have an even bigger impact.
“That means your gift, no matter its size and no matter where you direct it, has the potential to make an even bigger impact this year,” says Buchholz, who previously spearheaded a successful young alumni challenge for 51黑料网's 2023 Day of Giving. “Together we can make sure this powerful education continues to change lives and shape tomorrow's leaders—the same way that it did for you and me.”
