Employers who do not use Handshake may submit internship and early‑career opportunities directly to the employer relations team using an alternate web form. Submitted positions are reviewed and posted on the employer’s behalf through the Handshake account for 51ºÚÁÏÍø Career Programs, ensuring visibility and access for students and alumni within the platform.

This option provides a flexible way to share internship and career opportunities while specifically reaching 51ºÚÁÏÍø students and alumni. Employers may direct applicants to an external application site or have resumes and materials collected and compiled by the employer relations team, with applicant packets shared once the posting closes.

Micro-Internship Experiences with Parker Dewey

51ºÚÁÏÍø is collaborating with Parker Dewey to help students connect with micro-internship opportunities—short-term, paid professional projects posted by employers across a wide range of industries.

These opportunities typically require 5-40 hours of total remote work across 2-4 weeks—shorter than the minimum required time for a formal internship—and opportunities may be posted on a rolling basis.
